Tomorrow is the Big Night for Little Oscar... Are You Ready?

The Academy Awards are tomorrow, Sunday 8:30 ET. Well, actually all the events start at 5:30 for the red faux fashion show, (aka the red carpet walk) with Ryan Seacrest as the MC. Hence, me tuning in at 8:30...

So I must admit, I have not seen every single film that is being nominated. I will assume that the majority of you reading this have not been able to spend 20+ hours at the movie theater (economy sucks, work schedule gets in the way, blah blah blah). So, my last dash to get ready for Oscar night is watching Vicky Christina Barcelona. Moviefone.com has made it easy for those who need a crash course in the nominees. The site has compiled the cheat sheet of the nominees titled "How to Fake Your Way Through Any Oscars Conversation."

It's excellent.

Enjoy.

'The Curious Case of Benjamin Button'
"It's kind of like 'Forrest Gump' meets 'Cocoon.'"

Changeling'
"You know, Angelina Jolie discovered she was pregnant during filming."

'Doubt'
"
It's much better than the director's last movie, 'Joe vs. the Volcano.'"

'Frost/Nixon'
"It's a political David vs. Goliath match for the ages."

'Frozen River'
"It's kind of like 'Maria Full of Grace' meets 'Fargo.'"

'Man on Wire'
"Petit's trek to the top of the World Trade Center is as inspiring as it is fascinating."

'Milk'
"It's got a positive, uplifting message that anyone -- gay or straight -- can connect with."

"The documentary-style shooting made me feel like I was invited to the most colorful wedding ceremony I'd ever seen."

'The Reader'
"It's kind of like 'The Graduate' meets 'Schindler's List.'"

'Revolutionary Road'
"Kate Winslet is better here than in 'The Reader.'"

'Slumdog Millionaire'
"The dance scene at the end made me want to run out and rent a week's worth of Bollywood movies."

'Vicky Cristina Barcelona'
"It's kind of like 'Wild Things' meets 'Hannah and Her Sisters.'"

'The Visitor'
"It's kind of like 'Drumline' meets 'Gran Torino.'"

WALL-E'
"Only Pixar could pull off a movie that has barely any dialogue in it."

'Waltz With Bashir'
"It's a thought-provoking examination of war and the human psyche's response to it."

'The Wrestler'
"Mickey Rourke's art-imitating-life performance is an emotional body slam."
